Happy Fall Brethren –
Fall is my favorite time of year. The summer heat and humidity abates. The changing leaves provide us with nature’s own color palette. On a melancholy note, the days do grow shorter and baseball season does wind down with the playoffs. Soon, All Hallows’ Evening will bring us an abundance of ghouls and goblins to trick or treat at our doors. Herndon Lodge has been invited to join the District 2 Lodges on their float for the Leesburg parade the evening of the 31st. WB Greg Valker is the point man should you care to participate.
