Herndon Lodge members have been active. 150 Children were provided IDs and the Lodge helped marshal the fireworks displays for the Herndon Festival (see separate posts).
Herndon Brothers joined with the Civil War Lodge of Research for a wreath laying at the Virginia memorial on the Gettysburg Battlefield – it was the 100th anniversary of the memorial.
At our Lodge’s Stated Communication, Brother Brutus Cooper was raised to the sublime degree of Master Mason. Congratulations and welcome to Herndon Lodge Brother Brutus. Worshipful Howie visited with Herndon Elementary to present the “Leadership Award” to 2 deserving graduating 6th graders.
To celebrate the 300th anniversary of the United Grand Lodge of England, several Brothers again traveled to PA to a “Cave Degree” at Indian Echo Caverns to witness a Master Masons Degree and welcome a newly raised Brother to the Craft.
