Brethren,
Attached is a report prepared by our Secretary Rhey Solomon. It will be used in support of a proposal to raise Herndon Lodge’s dues from $117.00 to $130.00 per year in December 2016. A longer hard copy report will be available for review at our first stated meeting in February. A discussion on this proposal will be held at our first stated communication in March and a vote will be taken at our first stated communication in April to afford an opportunity to all Brethren to review this issue. I also propose raising our degree fees from the present $75.00 to $100.00 per degree, as both our degree fees and dues are the lowest within the fourth Masonic District with the exception of a single Lodge.
