Our Lodge will be assisting with the Herndon Festival again this year by managing a “Child ID” booth on Saturday, May 31st and acting as
Fire Marshals during the fireworks displays on Thursday and Saturday.
We need nine volunteers on Thursday, May 29th and another nine volunteers on Saturday May 31st, between 8:30pm and approximately 10:15pm to
act as Fire Marshals during the fireworks displays. These volunteers will meet at main entrance to Herndon Community Center, and given instructions
as to what they are expected to do. Basically, you will be taken in pairs to different posts around the golf course to insure the safety of the guests.
In return you will enjoy ringside seats to view the fireworks.
