Greetings Brethren!
November was another productive month for Masonry. I would like start by recognizing Bro. Brooks for his leadership on the Wardens Night and thank WB Walk for the very insightful program on “Charity” that evening. Kudos to Bro. Martin for successfully leading the last quarterly blood drive of the year and many thanks to the brethren, their families, and friends for donating the greatest gift of life. I would also like to express my sincere gratitude to those of you who took time out of your busy schedules to attend the 2010 GAC. Lastly, my hearty congratulations to the brethren who received their degrees in November and kudos to our cast for doing a wonderful job.
December is a short but very important month. We will treat the DeMolay to a steak dinner at 6:30pm on December 6 followed by our last Stated Communication of the year. Our agenda for that night will include the Presentation of Appreciation Certificates, Homecoming Ceremony of RWB Pobat, and Election of 2011 Herndon Lodge Officers. The Installation of 2011 Herndon Lodge Officers will be held in Herndon Lodge on December 11 and commence at 2pm.
In closing Brethren, I would like to thank each and every one of you for your contributions all year long. It’s you all who make our Lodge successful and I’m proud and honored to be part of such a dedicated band of brothers. This whole year has been a very rewarding and enriching experience for me and one that I will cherish for the rest of my life. Thank you again for giving me the opportunity to serve you.
